I am breaking up my friend's collection and selling it in pieces for him and setting up a trust in his name so one day he will come to his senses. I am also throwing many of my own records in the mix to alleviate the $2500 breach of contract I just received from my landlord. trying to avoid legal action at all costs.
This is just the first batch. I will be throwing up haymaker / fucked up / explosions in the sky collections and a ton of great hardcore / punk / grind / indie rock records over the coming weeks.

talked to landlord today for a long time. we were on good terms even thought it was uncomfortable. i am going to move out by new years. she is going to let me out of the lease without the 20 days just so its best for all of us.
i am moving into the ups house with john and austin. should be great.
3 more bands just confirmed for rainfest.

is "rainfest dudes" a good name for a booking conglomerate between me, zack and matt? we would use this to do all our high profile shows. we would also do things throughout the year like flyouts and stuff that on our own we couldnt budget or promote.
this would be a new booking company that would be in direct competition for seattle and tacoma shows on a larger scale.

the space heaters didnt work much but the fans have been working great. i have one fan blowing directly where the pipe burst and another one down in the apartment blowing hot air up into the attic.
tomorrow i am going to get some plywood and shovel out the insulation to get air into wood and i am hoping this can all get dry before they come to do an inspection.
seriously my landlord will not call me back. so its weird because i still live there and am still hoping to get a new roommate. so its a big mess.
I NEED A JOB SO BAD. THINKING ABOUT APPLYING GRAVEYARD AT A GAS STATION OR SOMETHING MINDLESS AND DUMB.

man. i feel like everything is on the edge of falling apart these days. my power is on but that cancels out christmas everything pretty much. I owe money everywhere.
it's amazing how responsible and willing i can be to do what is needed when i am in over my head and completely broke. i eat right. i don't blow my money on drinking. i think about how i use my time, and i suddenly have the time and willingness to call the right people, take notes, maintain a schedule and get things done.
the flip side is the moment i am comfortable and have money i don't give a shit about anything and turn into a selfish lazy drunk fucker. i eat like shit. drink like a fiend. procrastinate.
i think i am going to get kicked out of the apartment now. i have a new house to live in for a month or two with john and austin. kinda cool because it has internet, a firepit, big screen, call of duty modern warfare and a jam space downstairs. not sure what utilities would run me but at least it would give me some ground to stand on. helps that my cousin is the landlord. trying to get work on his contracting crew to supplement the rent. it's about $50 more a month so i have no idea how i will make it work but its a start til i can get on top and start the new house
tonight i have to clean the apartment and i am going to climb into the attic and investigate the "damage" taking space heaters to dry it out so they can't claim that it is wet still. i am also going to find out if the pipes were even insulated because if they weren't than my landlord's claim is void.
if i had more than two dollars to my name i would drink myself to sleep. i am hoping to have enough change to make it to colonies show tomorrow night.
